Notification of Copyright Infringement
Jobpaq respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Platform to do the same. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to content that we determine, at our sole discretion, infringes another party's copyright, and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”) and other applicable law, Jobpaq responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement sent to our designated copyright agent as described below.
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated copyright agent that includes:
DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement ('Notice')
If content you submitted was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated copyright agent a counter-notification that includes your physical or electronic signature, identification of the content removed and its location on the Platform before it was removed, a statement made under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error, and your name, address, and telephone number.
