Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Jobpaq (the “Platform”). It supplements our Terms of Service. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.
2. Permitted Use
Candidates may use the Platform to build resumes, search and apply to job postings, message Employers, and manage applications and interviews. Employers may use the Platform to post vacancies, review applications, message Candidates, manage interviews, and provide feedback on candidates. Any other use requires our prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings, applications, resumes, or profile information.
Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse any other Member.
Use the Platform to collect personal data about other Members without their consent, or to build competing products or services.
Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access or extract data from the Platform without our express written consent.
Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any code intended to damage or disrupt the Platform or its Members' systems.
Attempt to circumvent authentication, access controls, or security features of the Platform.
Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of Platform content in violation of our intellectual property rights.
Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages or spam.
Violate any applicable law, including employment discrimination laws, data protection regulations, or consumer protection rules.
4. Enforcement and Consequences
If you believe a Member has violated this Policy, report it by submitting a support ticket with a description of the issue and, where applicable, a link to the content. We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and, at our sole discretion, remove content, suspend a posting or application, or suspend or terminate an account, as described in our Terms of Service.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time.
