Jobpaq is committed to making its platform (the “Platform”) usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the standard most commonly used to evaluate web accessibility in the United States. The Platform is built with Mantine, a component library designed with accessibility in mind, including keyboard navigation and screen-reader support. We have not yet completed a formal conformance audit against WCAG 2.1 AA, so we cannot yet claim full conformance, but it is the benchmark we build and review against.
As the Platform continues to evolve, some pages or features may not yet fully meet accessibility best practices. We are working to identify and address these as we become aware of them, including through the feedback described below.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using the Platform, please tell us. Include the page URL, a description of the issue, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if applicable, at legal@jobpaq.com. We review every report and aim to acknowledge it within 5 business days and address confirmed barriers within a reasonable time based on their severity and complexity.
