1. What Cookies Are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Jobpaq uses a minimal set of cookies and related browser-storage technologies, described below, to operate the Platform and understand how it is used.

2. What Cookies We Use

• Session cookie (strictly necessary) — set when you log in to keep you authenticated across pages. This cookie is required for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled while using the service.
• Sentry SDK (functional) — the Sentry client library may set identifiers in browser storage to correlate error events from the same session. Used solely for error diagnostics.
• Vercel Analytics (analytics) — collects aggregated page view and usage metrics without setting a tracking cookie or using cross-site identifiers.
• Paddle Checkout (necessary for checkout) — when you publish a Job Posting, the embedded Paddle checkout may set cookies or similar identifiers to process your payment and prevent fraud. Used solely to complete your purchase.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.), Vercel Inc., and Paddle.com Market Ltd are the only third parties that set cookies or equivalent browser-storage identifiers on the Platform, for the functional, analytics, and checkout purposes described above. None is used for advertising.

4. How to Control Cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie will prevent you from logging in to the Platform, and blocking Paddle checkout cookies will prevent you from completing a purchase. Blocking Sentry or Vercel Analytics storage will not affect your ability to use the Platform, but may reduce our ability to diagnose errors you encounter.

5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers let you send a “Do Not Track” signal or a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Because we do not use cookies or similar technologies to track you across other websites, we do not currently respond differently when we detect one of these signals — the cookies described above are used the same way regardless.
