Jobpaq is committed to a Platform free of discrimination. This Policy applies to every interaction between Members on the Platform, including Job Postings, applications, messages, interviews, and feedback.
Members may not discriminate against, harass, or refuse to interact with another Member based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, pregnancy, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. This Policy does not prohibit lawful programs that benefit specific groups, such as diversity outreach or hiring initiatives.
Employers may not create, publish, or maintain a Job Posting that expresses a preference, limitation, or exclusion based on a characteristic listed in Section 2, or that requests information unrelated to a bona fide occupational qualification. This includes, for example, a Job Posting that:
Employers are solely responsible for ensuring their Job Postings and hiring practices comply with applicable equal employment opportunity and anti-discrimination laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act, as described in our Terms of Service.
Jobpaq provides the Platform that connects Candidates and Employers; it does not review Job Postings for legal compliance before publication and is not a party to any hiring decision, offer, or employment relationship. Compliance with this Policy and applicable law is the responsibility of the Employer and Candidate involved.
If you believe a Job Posting, message, or other Member conduct violates this Policy, report it by submitting a support ticket with a description of the issue and, where applicable, a link to the content. We review reports and may remove content or suspend or terminate an account for violations, as described in our Terms of Service.
We may update this Policy from time to time.
