This VP, Product Strategy will define and execute digital asset product offerings that meet evolving market needs and deliver value to Fidelity customers. Leveraging deep expertise across financial infrastructure, digital assets, and client segments, this leader will shape product strategy, build business cases, and drive roadmap priorities while balancing innovation, regulatory considerations, and commercial objectives.

We lead the strategy and vision for Fidelity Digital Assets® product offerings. We are responsible for the overall user experience of our custody and trading platform as well as the tailored solutions and resources available to our clients. We constantly evaluate industry and market trends, business needs and use those insights to enhance our existing experience or incubate new offerings. We work closely with the Product Delivery team to bring their strategy to life for our clients. Members of our team have a commercial mentality, drive for innovation and range of backgrounds with a passion for digital assets, markets and financial services products.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$264,000 per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
