The RSM will be a commissioned salesperson responsible for all levels of account management with our retail partner including growing Intel units and revenue, managing, jointly executing marketing / merchandising / training strategies. The RSM is responsible for negotiating and administering annual / quarterly agreements and collaborating with our OEM and PC ecosystem partners on sell-in and sell-through initiative for iA based computing devices. The individual's ability to advocate technology and communicate with external and internal customers will enable Intel to Win Retail Assorts in order to grow Volume and Revenue. The individual will be instrumental in driving the latest technologies, devising new business models, go-to-markets and evaluating new segments to maximize Intel PC business. This is an incredibly exciting and dynamic role, with exposure to Sales, Strategy, Technology and Customers. The individual will develop and execute winning sales strategies to meet or exceed sales target across the country by:

• Strong collaboration with retailers, OEMs, field, business units extracting and interpreting critical sales and market insights.
• Understanding Intel's product roadmap, the associated positioning, and the sales opportunity Influencing external and internal stakeholders to align as per the strategy.
• Managing end-to-end Retail Sales Acceleration programs
• Being a strong Intel Technology advocate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English and Tagalog

Must have:

• At least 7 Yrs. of work experience across IT /Retail segments with a strong ability to analyze market trends, data and should be able to fit into the culture of Intel and deliver across Intel values.
• Detail oriented and forward looking
• High energy with can-do attitude
• Demonstrates result and customer orientation.
• Solid business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong collaborator
• Creative thinking and problem solving
• Experience with the consumer/retail market.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
