Supply Chain & Engineering, and we move fast, think fast, and work fast. We partner with our clients to improve day-to-day operations and equip their leaders to achieve success in their supply chains. Through leadership development, associate engagement, and improved operational execution, our clients can lower operating costs, retain talented workforces, and position their supply chain as a competitive advantage.
Interested in supply chain, operations, or industrial engineering — eager to build real-world consulting experience. You have a drive to develop hands-on skills in labor standards, lean process improvement, and performance management.
You are developing your ability to connect operational processes to measurable business outcomes. You are comfortable contributing to project workstreams under the guidance of your leaders and are motivated to deepen both your technical and consulting skills. You are curious, coachable, and excited to grow in a client-facing consulting environment.
Assist in educating associates related to their successful participation in a Performance Management program, covering:
Help conduct associate brainstorming and training sessions effectively and clearly.
Please note that the role entails 80-90% travel.
