The pay range per hour is $24.28 - $43.75

As a Sr. HR Specialist, you’ll be a strategic partner to leaders and a valuable resource for team members, helping to elevate the Target guest experience.
Our dynamic and responsive team includes specialists from diverse HR disciplines who work behind the scenes to foster a progressive culture of value, respect, reward and professional growth. In this role, you will support leaders and team members through onboarding, performance management, and guidance that drives success. You’ll also help team members navigate organizational change while partnering closely with leaders to build the teams that achieve business goals.
Report directly to the Human Resources Director (HRD), provide assistance by acting as a first point of contact for the business and closely supporting various field leaders.
Ensure compliance and integrity of team member information to gather data and support the plan and execution of cyclical HR processes.
Coordinate HR functions and general administrative support for HR leadership.
Track reports and compiles metrics including turnover, performance management, headcount and other forms of measurement for the HR team.
Assist in calendar management, meeting planning, booking travel, and expense support.
Coordinate training, interview and leadership development events.
Participate in special projects as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.
1+ years of administrative experience.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Flexible team player with strong guest service orientation and ability to interface with individuals from all levels.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work with highly confidential information.
