This role sits within the Spread Products EMEA Financing and Securitisation business. The Structurer will support the primary asset-backed lending business with a focus on portfolio management, monitoring, controls, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across Structuring, Risk, Finance, and external stakeholders.
The position provides a foundational opportunity to help shape a newly established Portfolio Management function within the primary asset‑backed lending business, offering exposure to a broad spectrum of RMBS and ABS transactions. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic, market‑facing team engaged across the full lifecycle of deals.

In order to comply with the requirements of the Certification Regime, Citi entities must take reasonable care to ensure that an employee does not perform a Certified Role without first being certified as Fit and Proper. For this reason, you will be assessed for this role against the Fit and Proper requirements, as described above.
This assessment will be carried out through extensive interviews, self-disclosures, permitted criminal record checks, regulated reference checks, credit checks and other background screening checks.
