We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Software Test Analyst to join our growing Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, performance, and security.
As a Software Test Analyst, you will design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, identify and document software defects, and collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and business analysts. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies, API testing, database verification, and Agile/Scrum frameworks
Responsibilities:
Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple testing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team
