Our Graphics Solutions Business is transforming the printing industry through leading graphics print technologies, as well as software, services, and intelligent automation. HP PrintOS connects demand, production, and data across the Print Service Provider value chain, with solutions including Site Flow, Brand Center, Nio AI, and Production Hub. As we scale our Software & Solutions business, we are hiring a GSB Software & Solutions Growth Marketing Manager to build and accelerate the demand, adoption, and revenue engine behind this portfolio.
If you are our GSB Software & Solutions Growth Marketing Manager, you will have an opportunity to:-
- Be a strategic growth partner to the GSB Software & Solutions business team, translating business objectives into clear growth marketing strategies with defined audiences, channels, motions, and metrics.
- Own the growth marketing strategy for HP's PSP software and solutions portfolio, with measurable objectives tied to pipeline, product adoption, subscription revenue, retention, and customer expansion.
- Drive lead generation and sales-led demand creation for solutions that require a high-touch commercial motion, partnering closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion, pipeline progression, and revenue impact.
- Shape product-led growth motions for solutions where self-service adoption, activation, product engagement, and conversion are critical, in partnership with Product, Analytics, and regional teams.
- Design and optimize the full growth funnel from awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, expansion, and referral, using data and experimentation to improve performance at each stage.
- Build integrated campaign strategies across content, paid and organic channels, webinars, events, partner user communities, ABM, and sales activation.
- Partner with CRM and marketing operations teams to translate growth strategies into effective lifecycle programs, nurture journeys, and customer engagement motions.
- Develop the measurement framework for growth, tracking the metrics that matter across sales-led and product-led motions, including pipeline, conversion, adoption, subscription revenue, retention, and expansion.
- Partner across Product, Sales, Analytics, Content & Creative, regional marketing, and external agencies to ensure an integrated go-to-market approach and a consistent solutions narrative.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, software, technology, or solutions marketing.
- Proven experience driving B2B demand generation, lead generation, pipeline creation, or sales-led growth motions.
- Experience with product-led growth, trial/freemium conversion, or usage-based growth is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work across commercial, product, analytics, creative, and regional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Experience working with agencies or external partners across demand generation, content, media, ABM, or campaign execution.
Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS growth models, including sales-led, product-led, and hybrid go-to-market growth motions.
- Proven ability to build demand generation programs that create qualified sales pipeline and conversion, with a focus on lead quality, follow-up, and revenue impact.
- Strong analytical capability, with fluency in the metrics that matter for software and solutions growth, including pipeline contribution, conversion rates, subscription revenue, retention, churn, expansion, CAC, and payback.
- Uses data and experimentation to diagnose funnel gaps, prioritize opportunities, and improve performance.
- Able to simplify complex software and solutions into clear, compelling customer narratives for PSP audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, manage, and influence agencies and virtual teams across regions and functions.
- Collaborative, commercially minded, and able to influence across Product, Sales, CRM, Analytics, Content & Creative, regional teams, and agencies without direct authority.
