Strategy & Planning Principal - Cost Optimization
Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving transformative change to optimize cost? Join Personal System Operations (PSO) team as a Principal Program Manager! In this role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for a high-impact global Cost Optimization initiative. You will play a key role in integrating with multiple workstreams, facilitating alignment across organizations and resolve any potential roadblocks. You will also craft compelling Executive presentations to update project progress, and cost actions to C-suite level Executives in critical decision-making, and accelerate the implementation of savings ideas.
Strategic thinker: Exceptional strategic thinking to develop structured, analytical approaches to strategy formulation, business solutions, and process improvements.
Effective executive communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation, presentation, and influencing. Strong expertise in storyboarding and developing compelling presentation.
Problem-solver: Ability to “lean in” to challenges, applying critical thinking to develop solutions and resolve conflicts in complex, cross-functional and global initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills: Skilled at relationship building, fostering collaboration, and influencing stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Highly organized: Proven program/ project management expertise with exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Learning agility: Embodies a continuous learning mindset. Displays strong motivation to acquire functional and industry knowledge to improve professional contributions.
Self-motivated: Highly driven and capable of working independently while actively contributing to team success
Digital fluency: Proficiency in MS Office suite of tools with particular expertise in PowerPoint.
Industry knowledge preferred.
The pay range for this role is $121,950 to $179,900 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
