The Government Compliance Counsel plays a key role in promoting Accenture’s compliance with public procurement laws, regulations and Accenture policies, with the goal of protecting the assets and reputation of Accenture.
The Government Compliance Counsel supports the Government Compliance Officer and Director of Government Compliance with the implementation and management of Accenture’s Government Compliance program and serves as a subject matter expert on public procurement rules and Government Compliance obligations. This includes an understanding of conflicts of interest risks when working with government clients and post-government hiring rules for current and former government employees. The Government Compliance Counsel helps the Legal team and the business understand the Government Compliance program.
The Government Compliance Counsel will coordinate with and leverage expertise from all teams within CORE, Global Contracting, Contract Management, and outside counsel, as necessary.
Work Requirements: Some travel required at times, but with the ability to work with and manage resources remotely.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
