PageWide Industrial Hardware Planning Analyst
The PWI Hardware Planning Analyst ensures that press hardware, compute systems, upgrades, and third-party components are available to support worldwide manufacturing, customer installations, and installed-base commitments. The role translates demand and program schedules into executable supply plans, while coordinating across procurement, manufacturing, inventory control, logistics, engineering, program management, regional operations, sales, and services.
This position operates in a dynamic, low-volume, high-value environment with long lead times and deal-driven demand. Success requires strong planning fundamentals, disciplined execution, sound judgment under uncertainty, and the ability to move confidently between detailed transactional work and executive-level business discussions.
Working competence in material, inventory, demand, supply, and order execution. Ability to review supply-demand status and create or manage planning and procurement documents.
Working knowledge of demand and supply planning, forecast inputs, and planning-data analysis.
Advanced capability in data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, repeatable transformations, and decision support.
Competence in team collaboration, controlled documentation, training content, workflow support, and shared reporting.
Ability to review material master data, BOM structures, product configuration, change tracking, and category mappings that affect planning execution.
A planner who combines disciplined execution, broad business judgment, strong systems competence, and proactive cross-functional leadership to keep worldwide PWI hardware commitments on track.

The pay range for this role is
$93,400
to
$143,800
USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
