The Role
As a member of Fidelity's
Active Trader Services
team, you will support some of Fidelity's most active and sophisticated traders by guiding them through market activity, securities transactions, and trading-related questions. You will build trusted relationships through inbound client interactions, providing education and support that help clients make informed investment decisions. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, trading products, and industry regulations, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver an exceptional client experience. identify
opportunities to connect clients with trading tools, resources, and solutions that align with their investing needs.

We help investors navigate the markets by providing trading support, education, and guidance that build confidence and strengthen relationships. Our team partners closely with clients and internal business groups to deliver exceptional experiences and help investors achieve their financial goals through changing market conditions.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
