Team/Role Overview The FX eTrading / Citi Velocity Operations Manager is a seasoned professional responsible for managing a team supporting Citi’s electronic FX business and client-facing Citi Velocity platform. The role combines people leadership, operational management and strong understanding of electronic trading and capital markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day service delivery, maintaining strong operational controls and supporting continuous improvement and automation across the function. The role requires close partnership with Trading, Sales, Technology, Product and other Operations teams across multiple locations. Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required, together with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced and highly controlled environment. The individual will exercise a high degree of autonomy within their area of responsibility and will be expected to identify risks, drive resolution of operational issues and contribute to broader initiatives affecting the FX eTrading environment.
