We are seeking a Research Analyst for our Investment Grade Structured Products Research Team, primarily covering CLOs, and over time select ABS sectors. We are looking for an individual who will combine in-depth research coverage with well-developed relative value skills to deliver value across a range of strategies in our taxable bond funds.
At Fidelity, Research Analysts make recommendations that have significant impact on the funds. You will become a highly valued core member of the research and investment teams (which include portfolio managers, traders and quantitative analysts), actively participating with portfolio managers and traders in strategy sessions that address credit trends and asset allocation. The analytical work requires regular issuer contact, travel, and working together with and mentoring Sector Specialists who provide analytical and data support. You will report to the Managing Director of Research for Financials and Structured Products.

Fidelity’s Fixed Income division is one of the leading managers of bond and money market instruments with over $2 trillion in fixed income assets. The Fixed Income team combines fundamental research on domestic and international debt issuers with macroeconomic and quantitative analysis to develop investment decisions that stay true to each portfolio’s defined investment mandate, while aiming to maximize risk-adjusted total return for our clients. Our goal is to use our financial expertise to help people achieve their financial goals and live the lives they want. The Fixed Income division is headquartered / located primarily in Merrimack, New Hampshire, one hour north of Boston.
Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
