The Director, Global Berobenatide Launch & Commercial Development is responsible for leading key elements of the global commercial development strategy for berobenatide, with primary accountability for the obesity indication and future lifecycle opportunities. The role shapes strategic recommendations, supports critical commercial decisions, and drives cross-functional alignment to advance development and commercialization objectives.
This role contributes to asset-level strategy, ensures alignment with portfolio priorities, and provides commercial recommendations to support key development and commercialization decisions.The Director will lead commercial planning and strategic development activities for
berobenatide’s obesity indication closely partnering with the US affiliate to support launch preparation and ensure alignment on go-to-market strategy, access, and positioning. Operating as a leader within a highly dynamic and evolving therapeutic area, this role requires a strong sense of urgency, the ability to navigate significant ambiguity, and the capacity to seamlessly shift between detailed asset-level execution and broader strategic direction.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
