HOW A BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST SR ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Education: BA/BS
Required Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in developing and managing backlog for Behavior Driven Development (BDD), Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) with 5+ years of creating/writing user stories and requirements artifacts leveraging AI.
Required Technical Skills: Experience with requirements management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps or Trello etc.,
Security Clearance Level: Able to attain Public Trust
Required Skills and Abilities: Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner / Product Manager (SAFe certification preferred). Experience running Scrum teams in agile environment for software development, developing process models and flows, excellent written, verbal and facilitation skills, team coaching.
Preferred Skills: SAFe certification

The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
