OptumCare, the largest network of medical groups in the nation, is seeking a Per Diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our care team. At Optum, we are transforming healthcare nationally while providing dedicated health care delivery locally.
Optum Onsites provides employer-based care that focuses on whole-person health. This role is based in the Wilmington, DE area supporting care teams by covering absences such as PTO, planned time off, and sick time. This is a great fit for a confident, independent FNP / PA who enjoys variety and is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $53.00 - $79.00 per hour. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
