Merchant Payment Solutions (MPS) revenue across U.S. Bank’s Branch and Small Business channels
by strengthening
lead quality, referral execution, funnel conversion, activation, and
field capability

This
field-facing coach and performance partner delivers training,
supports
employees and teams with
execution
gaps, communicates weekly results, and influences frontline employees
and leaders
to adopt proven practices that accelerate revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Optimization and Field Execution
Partner with Branch and Small Business employees across the enterprise to improve MPS lead quality, referral execution, funnel conversion, activation, and revenue.
Translate strategies, scorecards, and performance insights into clear field actions
; diagnose revenue leakage
and
develop targeted improvement plans

Training, Coaching and Funnel Expertise
onboarding
, ongoing development, and targeted remediation for employees
and
teams with performance gaps.
Coach employees
on identifying high-quality merchant opportunities,
making
effective referrals, setting client expectations, and
completing
required follow-up.
Assess behavior
and results, identify root causes, and
provide tailored

Maintain
in-depth knowledge of the MPS referral-to-revenue journey
and clearly articulate the standards that improve

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically five to eight years of relevant experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Small Business sales,
merchant payments, sales enablement, revenue optimization, field coaching, training, or a related discipline
.
Demonstrated success coaching frontline sales employees and influencing leaders without direct authority
Strong facilitation, presentation, analytics, and written and verbal communication skills
Ability to translate funnel and revenue data into targeted actions and measurable improvement
Proven cross-functional partnership, organization, accountability, and follow-through
Knowledge of U.S. Bank Branch and Small Business sales motions, MPS referral processes, Elavon products, and CAT activation practices is preferred
Ability to travel as needed

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
