The Product Growth organization bridges product, commercial, customer, and ecosystem teams to ensure OptumInsight products and solutions achieve scalable, measurable growth across acquisition, activation, expansion, and retention.
The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle (RCM) Product Growth is a senior leadership role responsible for accelerating adoption, revenue expansion, and market impact of the organization's Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product portfolio. This leader translates product capabilities into growth outcomes by shaping go to market approaches, pricing and packaging, lifecycle growth motions, customer value realization, and market expansion strategies specific to RCM. The Senior Director of RCM will partner closely with Optum Insight Product Development leadership and matrixed teams.
Success in this role requires both a solid foundation in provider revenue cycle management and the ability to operate as a strategic product growth leader, translating market insights and product capabilities into scalable commercial outcomes across a matrixed organization.

For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 - $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
