The Project Manager is part of the Network Distribution team and helps ensure that the appearance of the branch enhances the overall customer experience. Project managers are involved in all branch projects (Refresh, Renovations, Relocations, De Novo Builds and Branch Appearance). Collaboration with key partner groups is critical to ensure the branch projects are completed on time and on budget, that appearance standards are met and maintained and that the branch is well maintained. In conjunction with the Market Planners and Senior Project Managers, this individual is also involved in creating a Master Market Plan that optimizes the regional distribution network, as well as analyzing potential De Novo and Relocation sites and collaborating with key partner groups to ensure successful buildouts and openings. This position will provide direct support to the Senior Project Managers.
