Systems Engineering Certification Integration Manager (Level K)

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) VC-25B program is seeking a Certification Integration Manager (Level K) to integrate unique and ground-breaking compliance activities for the aircraft that will become the next Air Force One. This is an exciting opportunity to help develop and lead certification processes that utilize FAA and Military methods and apply them on one of the most impressive platforms in the world. In this role, you will manage a team of Certification Engineers and Analysts who will lead the program’s development and execution of a complex certification strategy.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in San Antonio, TX, St. Louis, MO, Oklahoma City, OK, Tukwila, WA or Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership”
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement.
Experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and partners.
Must be willing to travel as required (typical up to 10%)
