About the Role and Team
The Learning & Development team at Capital One is on a mission to unlock the full potential of every associate—empowering them to discover their unique career path, grow their capabilities, and thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment. As Senior Manager of Product Management, you'll own the L&D product strategy and roadmap — setting direction, tracking outcomes against a measurable business case, and bringing senior stakeholders a clear point of view on where to invest next. This is a role for a PM ready to connect learning priorities across Talent, Performance, and business strategy — and to lead with evidence and a defined recommendation, not just a set of options. You’ll lead a team focused on shaping and executing the strategy to enable associate growth —helping make Capital One the best place for associates to build their careers.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Plano, TX: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Richmond, VA: $182,500 - $208,300 for Sr. Mgr, Product Management
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
