Onsite Administrator Level I (Printer Technician) - Melbourne, FL
The Onsite Administrator I - Printer Technician provides onsite support for printers and multifunction devices. This role is responsible for basic troubleshooting, maintenance, and customer service to ensure printing equipment operates efficiently. The technician responds to service requests, diagnoses common issues, performs routine maintenance, and escalates complex problems when necessary.
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or a related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good customer service and communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.

The pay range for this position is
